How much does the bar cost to hire?

Please take a look at our packages page to find out which option is the right one for your event.  We are more than happy to send you a quote for your specific number of guests, favourite drinks and any other great ideas you may have.

How far do you travel?

The areas we mainly cover are Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire.  However, we are happy to travel further and will make sure you are aware of any additional costs before confirming.

Can I choose the drinks on the menu?

We want you to have your dream event and our motto here at Madda is that it’s 'Your Event - Your Bar' so you choose exactly what you would like to see on the menu.

What beers/ales do you serve?

We serve Corona and Doom Bar as a standard, however are happy to source your favourite beer.  We also have a pump installed in the Horsebox so that we can serve refreshing locally sourced Rebellion Brewery ale on tap.

If you are having the pop up bar at your event, we can provide beer or ale from kegs.  Please contact us for details.

Can you provide wine on the table at our wedding?

Yes of course, we can take care of all drinks at your wedding so you don't have to worry.  We recommend around 1/2 bottle per person for a sit down meal.  Let us know which wines you'd like to serve and we'll put together a quote for you.

Don't forget water on the table!  We can also provide glass bottled water for the sit down meal too.

Will we require a licence for our event?

We have a licence to serve alcohol.  However, for each location and event we attend, we need to apply for a TEN (Temporary Events Notice).  Don't worry...this is something we provide for you, we may just need to ask you a few extra questions.

Do you take cards as well as cash?

Yes we do take card!  We also accept apple pay and contactless as well.

(During our site visit to your venue, we can test out the signal for our card machine as it works off our phone signal or wifi - so as long as its available, we can take card!)

Do you provide furniture?

We have 4 small tables with 4 chairs around which are available on request.  However, if you had other furniture in mind, let us know and we can outsource this for you!

I'd love to go ahead with the booking, what are the next steps?

Once you are happy with the quote we have sent you, we ask for a 25% deposit and a signed contract to ensure you are booked in.

Between 4-6 weeks before the event, we will arrange a site visit to discuss where the bar will be going, any last minute requests and to check the card signal if required.

On the day we will arrive around 2 hours before the event to set up, will make sure we introduce ourselves and get ready for your guests to arrive...

After the event, we will set down, say goodbye and clear up the bar area.
